As I embark on my mission to explore how food has been affecting our lives, I must admit that food is not just a mood enhancer but it is adequately addictive. For me, food is joy, it is a luxury that we indulge in, it is a happy place.
Thinking of mouthwatering dishes as Moelleux au Chocolat with salted caramel or a perfectly cooked Filet Mignon with the BĂ©arnaise sauce or even a simple grilled cheese sandwich, makes me wonder how was the perfect combination created and how do we choose the ‘right’ ‘compatible’ ingredients. This blog aims to discover the history of food, while uncovering unique and timeless recipes.
